Les Deux Alpes is one of the most popular ski resorts in France, renowned for its high-altitude skiing and glacier as well as its lively atmosphere and excellent nightlife. Les Deux Alpes’ high altitude ensures exceptional snow conditions, however, the resort also receives over 300 days of sunshine per year. The resort itself is home to an incredible selection of shops, bars and restaurants offering entertainment for visitors of all ages when not on the mountain.

The ski area offers an impressive 225km of pistes with a 1650m-3600m altitude, delivering almost 2km of vertical descent. There is a great selection of pistes available in Les Deux Alpes, with plenty for beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers. The glacier tops out at 3600m high, meaning the resort enjoys a long ski season and there is always good snow to be found. New blue piste back to the resort to get back to the resort.

For plenty of activities off the mountain, Les Deux Alpes is an ideal location. Family activities include bowling, a cinema, ice skating, ice hockey, a toboggan run, and a trip to the Ice Caves with ethereal lit sculptures. Those looking for an adrenaline rush will enjoy ice climbing, dog sledding, paragliding, speed riding and even a helicopter ride to get a stunning bird’s eye view of the mountains.

The resort offers a wide variety of dining options, from cozy traditional French bistros to international cuisine catering to diverse tastes. Après-ski is a big part of the experience, with numerous bars offering vibrant atmospheres where skiers can unwind after a day on the mountain. Popular spots offer outdoor parties with DJs, while more laid-back venues serve craft beers and local wines. Many restaurants feature Alpine specialties, such as fondue and raclette, perfect for warming up after a day in the snow.
